Acceptance to Better Your Personal Life
When you can accept things in life, including yourself and others, you find a way to take charge. When you're in command, it helps you see how to improve your personal life. When you learn to accept, you'll learn to discover yourself.
Many believe we have established our identity when consistently acting the same way. Politically incorrect! We have emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and actions and have been infested by a world of tremendous and foul influences. Every day, we experience something new, which causes our personality to reflect these changes.
We live in a world that desensitizes us. We're surrounded by millions of influences on TV, the media, radio, homes, government, schools, and more. Each is on its own, but everybody judges somebody at some time, which is something we must accept. We can't alter these people’s behaviors and ways of thinking, but we can change our own. This is a component of learning and accepting. The best way to navigate the world is to become your own influence and let other influences not negatively affect another person's life.
Once you learn to accept, you'll be eager to laugh. For example, if someone makes you crazy, you'll see the humor in their actions. You might find humor in your actions if you make an error and capitalize on their foolishness. You'll feel better once you begin to see the humor in life. When you learn to change for the better, others may follow. Good conduct has proven far more effective than words encouraging others to change.
As you grow, you'll feel renewed hunger, guiding you to discover new ways to improve yourself. Over time, as you begin to feel better, you will likely notice a need to exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet, surround yourself with positive influences, and so on. Once you feel this hunger, you'll be inspired to work hard and accomplish your goals.
